What happens next

A moderator reviews the submission. If it can be corroborated with machine data or a second independent source, it may be promoted to Reported or Verified and linked to an incident record. If not, it remains Unconfirmed and does not affect any score.

What is not accepted

Submissions naming individual staff, containing abuse, or asserting motive rather than observation are discarded. The registry logs what happened, not who is to blame for it.
